On behalf of our client, an innovative and product-focused digital organisation, D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to join their growing team in Nicosia or Paphos.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves creating high-quality digital products through structured design processes, user research, prototyping, usability testing and close collaboration with product managers and developers.

This position is ideal for a UI/UX professional with strong Figma skills, experience in responsive design, user-centred design principles and the ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure effective execution from concept to delivery.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to support data-driven design decisions.

• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on structured feedback.

• Work alongside development teams to ensure high-quality and accurate implementation.

• Stay informed of emerging UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable and consistent design system.

• Ensure alignment with established quality standards and design guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience designing optimised user interfaces for websites, web applications and mobile applications.

• Experience with paid or subscription-based products will be considered an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD will be considered a plus.

• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.

• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

• Ability to work effectively within agile and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

• Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
