On behalf of our client, an innovative and product-focused digital organisation, D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to join their growing team in Nicosia or Paphos.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves creating high-quality digital products through structured design processes, user research, prototyping, usability testing and close collaboration with product managers and developers.
This position is ideal for a UI/UX professional with strong Figma skills, experience in responsive design, user-centred design principles and the ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure effective execution from concept to delivery.
Conduct user research and usability testing to support data-driven design decisions.
Participate in design reviews and iterate based on structured feedback.
Work alongside development teams to ensure high-quality and accurate implementation.
Stay informed of emerging UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable and consistent design system.
Ensure alignment with established quality standards and design guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience designing optimised user interfaces for websites, web applications and mobile applications.
Experience with paid or subscription-based products will be considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD will be considered a plus.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Ability to work effectively within agile and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
