Position: German-Speaking Sales Representative (Client Relationship Management)

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join a fast-growing company in the Financial Services / FinTech sector. This remote role focuses on managing the full client lifecycle, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving long-term client value. As a key point of contact, you will support clients from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring professional communication, efficient service, and strong relationship development.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • The Sales Representative manages the full client lifecycle from onboarding to retention

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase client value

  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and improve processes

  • Monitor client activity and engagement to enhance satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems

  • Continuously improve client journey and service standards


Sales Representative Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English or French

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Account Management

  • Background in Financial Services, FinTech, or Online Trading is preferred

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-focused mindset
