Position: German-Speaking Sales Representative (Client Relationship Management)

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join a fast-growing company in the Financial Services / FinTech sector. This remote role focuses on managing the full client lifecycle, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving long-term client value. As a key point of contact, you will support clients from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring professional communication, efficient service, and strong relationship development.

Sales Representative Responsibilities
The Sales Representative manages the full client lifecycle from onboarding to retention
Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase client value
Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and improve processes
Monitor client activity and engagement to enhance satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems
Continuously improve client journey and service standards
Sales Representative Requirements
Fluency in German and a strong command of English or French
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Account Management
Background in Financial Services, FinTech, or Online Trading is preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-focused mindset
