Compliance Officer – Limassol

Lavoro Agency is recruiting a Compliance Officer in Limassol on behalf of a leading international company in the online gaming sector. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in compliance, AML procedures, and regulatory frameworks who are looking to grow their career in Cyprus.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance across all related products

• Review website and gaming content to ensure it meets internal and regulatory compliance standards

• Conduct content audits and compile compliance-related findings and data

• Support AML procedures and related compliance tasks

• Manage and process DPO and SAR requests

• Liaise with internal departments on compliance matters

• Monitor live content to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality standards

  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage

• Strong analytical and data assessment skills

• Good understanding of compliance documentation and AML frameworks

• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
