On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international brokerage firm headquartered in Limassol, Lavoro Agency is looking to hire a Junior Dealer to join their Dealing team.

The company operates within the global financial trading sector, with a strong focus on risk management, execution quality, and seamless trading operations across global markets. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in a Dealing Room or similar trading environment.


The successful candidate will support smooth trading operations, monitor market exposure, assist with execution processes, and help maintain the integrity of trading activity across multiple systems and liquidity providers.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage market risk exposure, including client positions and overall trading risk.

  • Track, analyse, and reconcile pricing, execution quality, and balances with liquidity providers.

  • Investigate and resolve trading-related issues across internal systems and platforms.

  • Monitor client trading activity and identify unusual or suspicious patterns.

  • Respond to client trading-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support cross-functional teams in daily brokerage and operational activities.

  • Prepare and generate internal and regulatory reports for management.

  • Maintain and monitor internal dealing systems to ensure smooth operations.

  • Stay up to date with financial markets, currency movements, and relevant corporate actions.

  • Ensure efficient interaction between client-side activity and broker-side execution systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dealing Room or similar trading environment.

  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5, including Manager/Admin tools.

  • Solid understanding of financial instruments and trading operations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Valid CySEC certification is required.
