Store Manager

On behalf of our client, a reputable company in the footwear retail sector, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead their Limassol store.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines strong leadership skills with a passion for retail excellence, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 09:30–13:30 & 15:30–19:00

• Wednesday: 09:30–13:00

• Saturday: 09:30–14:00

• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening & closing procedures

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishments

• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards

• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management (fashion or footwear preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask

• Customer-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
