Player Relationship Officer

On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions, we are seeking a Player Relationship Officer to join its team in Limassol or Larnaca. The role brings together player communication, relationship building and responsible gaming oversight.

You will communicate with players through chat, email and phone while reviewing accounts and applying responsible gaming procedures. This position suits someone with experience in customer service, player support or retention who can work a five-day rotating shift schedule. Job Responsibilities:

• Apply responsible gaming procedures in line with regulations and internal processes.

• Review player accounts for responsible gaming concerns and take timely action under internal procedures.

• Ensure responsible gaming events are handled.

• Work to expand players’ gameplay activity while applying responsible gaming procedures.

• Proactively contact potential players.

• Initiate player conversations through chat, email and phone.

Position Requirements:

• Very good command of English.

• Previous experience in customer service, player support, retention or a related field.

• Computer literacy, self-motivation and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work five-day rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 or 00:00–08:00.

• Gaming or iGaming experience is an advantage.
