Web Developer

On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey gaming platform solutions, D.E. Lavoro Agency is recruiting a Web Developer to join their team in Limassol. The company provides cutting-edge gaming platforms, technical know-how and customer support services for online casino and sportsbook operators seeking an integrated business solution. The business is licensed out of the UK and Malta, with offices in Cyprus and Israel.

This Junior to Mid-Level Web Developer position is suited to a professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience who wants to develop their career across web development, digital marketing and campaign execution. The role combines HTML and CSS development with responsive landing pages, email marketing campaigns and CMS support, giving the successful candidate practical involvement across multiple digital channels. Working closely with marketing and CRM teams, the Web Developer will help ensure campaigns and digital content are delivered accurately, responsively and in line with brand requirements. Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain promotional landing pages across company websites.

• Create, schedule and deploy email marketing campaigns and mailer communications.

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from setup through delivery and tracking.

• Maintain and support the Content Management System (CMS), assisting internal users as needed.

• Ensure all digital content is responsive, accurate and aligned with brand and campaign requirements.

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to support campaign performance and execution quality.

Position Requirements:

• Junior to Mid-Level with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.

• Experience or working knowledge of browser tools such as Chrome Developer Tools.

• Strong understanding of responsive web design.

• Knowledge of email marketing practices, including domain and IP reputation, contact list management, unsubscribes and personalization.

• Knowledge of JavaScript or basic programming concepts is an advantage.

• Experience building email templates and knowledge of related best practices is an advantage.

• Experience with a campaign management system and CMS is an advantage.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• European citizenship.
