On behalf of our client, a boutique consulting firm providing a full range of professional services, including accounting, audit, tax, and advisory, D.E Lavoro Agency is seeking to hire a Secretary for their offices in Limassol.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage communication, welcome visitors, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and support daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and screen incoming telephone communications.
Receive, welcome, and assist office visitors.
Coordinate with couriers, messengers, and external service providers.
Liaise with the Registrar of Companies, Certifying Officers, and other local regulatory authorities.
Handle petty cash transactions and perform reconciliations.
Monitor, order, and control office supplies.
Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Prior experience within an accounting, legal, or corporate services environment.
Diploma or certification in Secretarial Studies will be considered a plus.
Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
