On behalf of our client, a boutique consulting firm providing a full range of professional services, including accounting, audit, tax, and advisory, we are seeking to hire a Secretary for their Limassol offices.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, including managing phone calls and correspondence, welcoming visitors, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing and screening incoming telephone communications.
· Receiving, welcoming, and assisting office visitors.
· Coordinating with couriers, messengers, and external service providers.
· Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, Certifying Officers, and other local regulatory authorities.
· Handling petty cash transactions and performing reconciliations.
· Monitoring, ordering, and controlling office supplies.
· Carrying out additional administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Prior experience within an accounting, legal, or corporate services environment.
· A diploma or certification in Secretarial Studies will be considered a plus.
· Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
· Proficiency in additional languages will be regarded as an advantage.
· Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
