Accountant

On behalf of our client, a well-established professional services firm in Cyprus, D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking an energetic Accountant to join their offices in Limassol or Paphos.

The client provides accounting, tax, audit, payroll, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, offering accurate and tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping and accurate financial records for multiple clients.

• Prepare and reconcile accounts, including bank, VAT, supplier, and customer reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and statements of accounts.

• Support statutory reporting and compliance obligations in line with applicable regulations.

• Communicate effectively with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting queries.

• Collaborate with internal audit and tax teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or professional services environment.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statements of accounts.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Excellent command of English and Greek.

• German language skills are required for Paphos.
