On behalf of our client, a fast-growing luxury real estate developer company, D.E. Lavoro Agency is looking to recruit a Construction Foreman to join their team in Limassol.
The Construction Foreman will supervise and coordinate the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role reports to the Site Manager / Project Manager and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on construction site experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
Ensure work is completed safely and in line with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor project progress and provide daily reports to management.
Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
Train and guide workers to maintain high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical or vocational training in construction trades is preferred.
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
