Construction Foreman

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing luxury real estate developer company, we are looking to hire a Construction Foreman who will join their team in Limassol.

The Construction Foreman supervises and coordinates the daily operations of construction projects. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards.

Reports To: Site Manager / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.

· Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

· Monitor progress and provide daily reports to management.

· Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment.

· Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with the project manager.

· Train and guide workers to maintain high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).

· Technical/vocational training in construction trades (carpentry, concrete, electrical, etc.) - preferred

· Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
