Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for an experienced and high caliber Personal Assistant within the FOREX based in Limassol, to join our continuous growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, coordinating, planning and handling the full-cycle of company’s owner Agenda.


Your main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and coordinating the CEO's calendar, assistance regarding all aspects of personal and professional activities, including family/household needs

  • Travel support: assistance with business trips for management (buying flight tickets, booking accommodation, transfers etc.)

  • Administrative and economic support of the company’s management team

  • Conducting office work, maintaining office expenses, document circulation of payments Taking part in organization of holidays and other corporate events

  • Other projects and assistance as needed


Requirements:

  • Good orientation on the island

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Independence in decision making, Multitasking and flexibility

  • English at a high level

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Work, Excel)

  • Sociability, honesty and reliability

  • Ability to work on your own initiative
