D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for a growing regulated CFD and Forex brokerage based in Limassol, Cyprus.

As Head of Business Development, you will lead the company’s commercial expansion strategy, manage key partnerships, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing Business Development team. This is a senior leadership role with direct exposure to executive management and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s future growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s business development and commercial growth strategy

  • Build, manage, and expand IB, affiliate, institutional, and white-label partnerships

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements

  • Identify and expand into new markets and regions

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor the Business Development team while setting clear KPIs and revenue targets

  • Work closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive offering

  • Drive revenue growth and contribute directly to the company’s commercial success


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Business Development or Sales leadership role within a regulated CFD/Forex brokerage

  • Strong track record of closing IB, affiliate, institutional, or white-label partnerships

  • Experience managing and scaling Business Development teams

  • Deep understanding of the CFD and Forex industry, including trading products, spreads, leverage, and brokerage operations

  • Existing network of industry contacts and partners

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent English is required

  • Experience working within MENA, APAC, or LATAM markets is considered an advantage

  • Additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, or Mandarin are considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, including CySEC, FCA, ASIC, or FSA, is considered an advantage

  • Experience launching or expanding brokerage operations into new regions is considered an advantage

  • Existing transferable IB or affiliate relationships are considered an advantage
