On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Administrative Officer in Paphos to provide executive support and assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities efficiently, and has excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage and distribute incoming correspondence while supporting internal communication across the business.

  • Assist employees with day-to-day administrative requests and office-related matters.

  • Coordinate the executive’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedule updates.

  • Maintain company calendars and support efficient planning of daily activities.

  • Organise company events, meetings, conferences, seminars, training sessions, and other corporate activities.

  • Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and business partners whenever required.

  • Maintain accurate company databases, records, and administrative documentation.

  • Establish and manage an organised filing system to ensure documents are easily accessible.

  • Support document administration and assist with finance-related records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Prepare expense summaries, office budget reports, presentations, and business documents as required.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Provide additional administrative support to the executive team and management whenever necessary.


Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

  • Strong computer literacy, including Google Workspace, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems proactively, and work independently.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
