On behalf of our client, an innovative and product-focused digital organisation, we are currently seeking a UI/UX Specialist to join their growing team in Nicosia/Paphos.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive and user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, contributing to the development of high-quality products through structured design processes and close cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Designing intuitive, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts.
Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure effective execution from concept to delivery.
Conducting user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.
Participating in design reviews and iterating based on structured feedback.
Ensuring high-quality and accurate implementation by working alongside development teams.
Staying informed of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of a scalable and consistent design system.
Ensuring alignment with established quality standards and design guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience designing optimised user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Experience with paid or subscription-based products will be considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Figma (knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD will be considered a plus).
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Ability to work effectively within agile and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
