On behalf of our client, a cutting-edge technology online marketing company, we are looking to hire UI/UX Specialist, for Nicosia or Paphos offices.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and other team members to define and implement innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make adjustments on designs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.
Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards.
Requirements:
BSc in Design, HCI, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with user research methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Prioritizing tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
Benefits:
Monthly fixed salary
Bonus at the end of the year subject to performance
Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute break
