Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growth-oriented digital organisation, D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join their team in Nicosia or Paphos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video and animated content across digital platforms. This role involves supporting creative campaigns, developing engaging motion graphics, editing video content, and ensuring consistent visual storytelling aligned with brand standards.

This position is ideal for a creative professional with experience in video editing, motion design, digital content production, and social media video formats.

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality video content for websites, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

• Create motion graphics and animations for promotional and branded content.

• Prepare and optimise video content for digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Manage video assets, organise raw footage, and maintain an accessible content library.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with creative briefs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.

• Implement feedback during post-production to refine and improve final outputs.

• Ensure all content meets established quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and motion design.

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant knowledge in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing and motion design software.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation techniques, and colour correction processes.

• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.

• Knowledge of social media video formats and content optimisation practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear will be considered an advantage.

• A portfolio of relevant work is required. Only applications accompanied by a portfolio will be considered.
