On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growth-oriented digital organisation, we are currently seeking a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join their team in Nicosia/Paphos. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video and animated content across digital platforms, contributing to creative campaigns, and ensuring consistent visual storytelling aligned with brand standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Editing high-quality video content for websites, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

  • Creating motion graphics and animations for promotional and branded content.

  • Preparing and optimising video content for digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Managing video assets, organising raw footage, and maintaining an accessible content library.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in alignment with creative briefs.

  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas for visual storytelling.

  • Implementing feedback during post-production to refine and elevate final outputs.

  • Ensuring all content meets established quality standards and brand guidelines.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and motion design.


Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant knowledge in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing and motion design software.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation techniques, and colour correction processes.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.

  • Knowledge of social media video formats and content optimisation practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear will be considered an advantage.

  • A portfolio of relevant work is required. Only applications accompanied by a portfolio will be considered.
