On behalf of our client, a well-established international company operating in the online services sector, including software development and iGaming, DE Lavoro Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Agent to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities:
Process new client account openings in line with KYC requirements and internal procedures.
Review and update existing client accounts, ensuring documentation and information are accurate and up to date.
Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud or unusual activity.
Investigate, document, and escalate suspicious transactions according to company policies.
Review and process customer deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with banks and payment service providers when required.
Use internal risk, fraud, and payment systems to support healthy transaction flows and acceptable chargeback levels.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Escalate complex or unclear issues to management when necessary.

No prior experience required.
Experience in payments, risk, fraud, or operations will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with computers.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
European citizenship is required.
