Junior Immigration Consultant

We are growing our Immigration team and are excited to welcome a Junior Immigration Consultant specializing in Hospitality and Domestic Sector for TCN to our Limassol office. Key Responsibilities:

· Manage immigration procedures for Third Country Nationals (TCNs) employed in the hospitality and domestic sectors, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

· Prepare and submit visa and permit applications (including work permits, temporary residence permits, and pink slips) in a timely and accurate manner.

· Liaise with employers and government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Civil Registry and Migration Department) on all documentation and compliance matters.

· Monitor and track the status of applications and maintain up-to-date records.

· Stay informed about policy changes, procedures, and legal updates impacting the employment of TCNs in Cyprus.

· Support any other related responsibilities of the department.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in Immigration/Migration or TCN recruitment in the hospitality or domestic sector will be considered an advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Strong command of Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.

· Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal), additional languages are a plus.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
