Junior Immigration Consultant

Lavoro Agency is growing its Immigration team and is excited to welcome a Junior Immigration Consultant specializing in Hospitality and Domestic Sector for TCN to its Limassol office.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional who is eager to build a career in immigration services within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage immigration procedures for Third Country Nationals employed in the hospitality and domestic sectors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with all relevant parties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage immigration procedures for Third Country Nationals employed in the hospitality and domestic sectors.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and submit visa and permit applications, including work permits, temporary residence permits, and pink slips.

• Liaise with employers and government authorities, including the Ministry of Labour and the Civil Registry and Migration Department.

• Monitor and track the status of applications.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Stay informed about policy changes, procedures, and legal updates affecting TCN employment in Cyprus.

• Support any other related responsibilities of the department.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in Immigration, Migration, or TCN recruitment in the hospitality or domestic sector will be considered an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.

• Fluency in Greek and English, written and verbal.

• Additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
