Customer Support Specialist

On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey gaming platform solutions, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Limassol or Larnaca offices.

The company provides cutting-edge gaming platforms, know-how, and full customer support services for online casino and sportsbook operators seeking a one-stop business solution. The company is licensed out of the U.K. and Malta, with offices in Cyprus and Israel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with clients’ queries through chat systems and email.

• Answer clients’ requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Promote products and services to clients.

• Help optimize customer satisfaction.

• Interact with other departments when necessary to meet clients’ needs.

• Maintain professionalism in all instances.

Position Requirements:

• Experience is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Attention to detail and quality of work.

• Computer literate and proficient user of Excel.

• Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts on a 5-day schedule: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, and 00:00–08:00.

Customer Support Specialist Benefits:
