Programmatic Media Buyer

On behalf of our client, an affiliate marketing and iGaming company, we are looking to hire a Programmatic Media Buyer for their offices in Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising RTB and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ad networks, and ad formats. This role involves daily campaign management, performance analysis, bidding, budgeting, creative updates, audience targeting, tracking troubleshooting, and continuous campaign optimisation to improve ROI, CPA, conversions, and overall media performance. The position is ideal for a proactive and analytical media buying professional who wants to work in a fast-paced affiliate marketing and iGaming environment with opportunities for growth and hands-on campaign exposure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, optimise, and manage RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and ad formats.

• Analyse performance data and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, and conversions.

• Handle daily campaign management, including bidding, budgeting, creative updates, and audience targeting.

• Monitor campaign delivery and resolve issues related to tracking, viewability, and brand safety.

• Test and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, and creative variations.

• Collaborate with creative teams and share performance insights with internal stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.

• 5+ years of experience will be considered for Senior level.

• Experience working with major ad networks across formats such as Display, Native, Pre-roll, Push, and Pop-under.

• Proven ability to build, optimise, and scale CPM/CPC campaigns.

• Solid understanding of RTB processes, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

• Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

• Knowledge of A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and brand safety standards.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Additional languages are a plus.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Programmatic Media Buyer Benefits:
