On behalf of our client, an independent international consulting firm, D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join a dynamic team in Nicosia.


This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in transfer pricing, tax, or a related advisory field, who is looking to further develop their expertise in direct tax, international taxation, and transfer pricing within a reputable and well-established firm.


The successful candidate will participate in transfer pricing projects, support advisory work, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the preparation of documentation, reports, analyses, and client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transfer pricing projects, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

  • Support and mentor junior team members, including reviewing their work.

  • Conduct functional, economic, and benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions.

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation in line with local and international regulations.

  • Develop transfer pricing reports, presentations, and supporting materials based on analytical findings.

  • Apply transfer pricing principles and use financial and economic insights in client cases.

  • Assist with Advance Pricing Agreements, rulings, and negotiations with tax authorities.

  • Support transfer pricing audits by preparing documentation and responses for tax authorities.

  • Identify transfer pricing optimization opportunities and contribute to advisory initiatives.

  • Stay informed on regulatory and legislative developments in transfer pricing.

  • Participate in the development of new processes and initiatives within the transfer pricing practice.

  • Conduct internal reviews of transfer pricing policies to support ongoing compliance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, or another related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, or a similar area.

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

  • Enrolment in ACCA, ACA, CFA, or ADIT programs will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong IT literacy, analytical thinking, and numerical skills.

  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team.

  • Strong interest in developing technical expertise in transfer pricing and international taxation.
