On behalf of our client, an independent international consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join and lead a dynamic team in Nicosia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong interest in direct tax who are eager to further develop their expertise within a well-established and reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Transfer Pricing projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

  • Help managing the more junior members, act as a mentor, review work.

  • Conduct functional, economic, and benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions.

  • Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

  • Develop Transfer Pricing reports, presentations, and supporting materials based on analytical findings.

  • Gain a deep understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and apply economic and financial insights to client cases.

  • Assist in the application and negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and rulings with tax authorities.

  • Support Transfer Pricing audits by preparing responses and documentation for tax authorities.

  • Identify Transfer Pricing optimization opportunities and contribute to advisory initiatives.

  • Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative developments in Transfer Pricing and share key insights with the team.

  • Participate in developing new processes and initiatives to enhance the Transfer Pricing practice.

  • Conduct internal reviews of the firm’s Transfer Pricing policies to ensure ongoing compliance.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, or another related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, or a similar area.

  • 1 year of supervisory experience.

  • Certifications: Enrolment in ACCA, ACA, CFA, or ADIT programs is considered an advantage.

  • Languages: Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).

  • Technical Skills: IT literate, with strong analytical and numerical capabilities.

  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Professional Interest: A strong desire to develop technical expertise in Transfer Pricing and international taxation.
