On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Forex broker), we are looking to hire a Retention Officer (Malaysia/Vietnam/Thailand) to join a dedicated team at their regional offices.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute efficient customer retention strategies to retain clients and their satisfaction.
Professionally interact with current clientele through diverse communication platforms such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Monitor and review clients' trading behaviors to detect potential concerns and offer strategic advice.
Work with other departments to highlight client issues and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Inform clients with updates on new product introductions, market trends, and trading methodologies, to enrich their trading experience.
Set up feedback sessions to address client needs and gather insights for further improvements.
Implement tailored retention initiatives and promotions to foster client loyalty as well as maintain trading engagements.
Stay updated on market changes, competitor strategies, and industry trends to provide detailed suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in a business-related field or other equivalent disciplines.
A minimum of 1-year prior experience as a Retention Officer or in a related role.
Fluent in both Malay/Thai/Vietnamese and English languages.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities and effective communication.
Innovative and dynamic approach.
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
IT literacy.
