Client Lifecycle Manager

On behalf of our client in the financial services industry and specifically a regulated and licensed Broker, we are looking to hire a Client Lifecycle Manager, for Limassol offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with the business goals and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention.

·         Analyze client behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions.

·         Collaborate with marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively.

·         Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.

·         Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients.

·         Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of the client base.

·         Monitor and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

·         Stay up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

·         A minimum of 2 of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.

·         Proficient in data analytics tools.

·         Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies.
