Position: Business & Marketing Analyst

Location: Limassol

Type: on-site


On behalf of our client in Maritime Transportation and specifically in Marine logistics and lubricant supply industry, we are looking to hire a Business and Marketing Analyst to join their team in Limassol. In this role, you will be accountable for developing, shaping, and implementing marketing plans, as well as managing key accounts and driving growth.


Responsibilities:

·         Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.

·         Monitor, control, and analyze the company’s marketing activities, conversion data & customer journeys.

·         Develop models to forecast future market trends and sales.

·         Conduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues, identifying proactively areas of improvement, opportunities, and solutions for the Group.

·         Create comprehensive reports and presentations as requested, by analysing current and future business processes.

·         Accountable to gather project requirements and define objectives, monitor projects’ progress by identifying and addressing potential issues.

·         Suggest changes using analytics to support recommendations, and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.

·         Conduct, analyse and interpret pricing contracts.

·         Assist in the roll-out of marketing campaign projects.


Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in a related field.

·         3-5 years of proven experience as a marketing/business/product/data analyst.

·         Experience in the maritime industry, in a similar role, will be considered as a plus.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

·         Proficiency in project management tools.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

·         Commercial acumen.

·         Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

·         Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
