On behalf of our client, a cutting-edge technology and online marketing company, Lavoro Agency is looking to hire an Affiliate Manager for their offices in Nicosia or Paphos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing affiliate relationships, recruiting new partners, analysing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the continued optimisation of affiliate marketing activities.



Affiliate Manager role in Cyprus focused on online marketing growth

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other channels.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and new affiliates and partners.

  • Manage affiliates on a daily basis, including performance monitoring, data analysis, and optimisation.

  • Analyse affiliate results to identify potential fraud or irregular activity.

  • Manage partner needs, including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup, and general client support.

  • Conduct and report on market research and competitor analysis.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and opportunities to help expand affiliate programmes.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to optimise hosted offer landing pages and creative materials.

  • Measure and report on performance against set goals.

  • Represent the company occasionally at international conferences.


Requirements:

  • Background in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, or another relevant field.

  • Previous experience in online affiliate marketing will be considered an advantage.

  • Understanding of A/B testing concepts to review and optimise results.

  • Strong numerical analysis skills with the ability to identify insights through statistical analysis.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience with Excel functions and MS Office.


Benefits:

  • Monthly fixed salary.

  • Year-end bonus based on performance.

  • Monday to Friday working schedule, 09:00–17:00, with flexible hours and a 30-minute break.
