On behalf of our client, a cutting-edge technology online marketing company, we are looking to hire a Media Buyer for their offices in Nicosia & Paphos.
Role Responsibilities:
· Set up, optimise, and manage RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and ad formats.
· Analyse performance data and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, and conversions.
· Handle daily campaign management, including bidding, budgeting, creative updates, and audience targeting.
· Monitor campaign delivery and resolve issues related to tracking, viewability, and brand safety.
· Test and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, and creative variations.
· Collaborate with creative teams and share performance insights with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
· 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
· Experience working with major ad networks across formats such as Display, Native, Pre-roll, Push, and Pop-under.
· Proven ability to build, optimise, and scale CPM/CPC campaigns.
· Solid understanding of RTB processes, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
· Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting.
· Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
· Knowledge of A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and brand safety standards.
· Excellent English communication skills: additional languages are a plus.
· Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
