On behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming and affiliate marketing company, DE Lavoro Agency is seeking an experienced Ad Tech Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic digital environment, supporting ad monetization, programmatic advertising, data-driven optimization, and technical ad operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong experience in ad tech infrastructure, RTB integrations, campaign trafficking, analytics, and monetization performance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the technical infrastructure for ad monetization, including ad servers, RTB integrations, SSPs, DSPs, and API-based ad traffic

  • Set up, maintain, and optimize ad campaigns through trafficking, tag implementation, SDK integrations, header bidding, and auction logic

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, tracking, and performance issues

  • Analyze monetization metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, win rate, and request-to-impression ratios, identifying opportunities for optimization

  • Design and execute A/B tests for ad placements, formats, pricing floors, and auction configurations

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve monetization strategies and implement new ad formats

  • Manage relationships with demand partners, exchanges, SSPs, and DSPs

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices

  • Provide reporting and insights on ad performance, revenue trends, and growth opportunities

  • Stay current with industry developments, including RTB protocols, privacy regulations, identity solutions, and header bidding technologies


Position Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Programmatic Monetization, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of ad servers such as Google Ad Manager, Adsterra, ExoClick, or similar platforms

  • Solid understanding of Real-Time Bidding, OpenRTB protocols, auctions, and bid streams

  • Experience with API-based ad traffic, SDK integrations, tags, and tracking pixels

  • Knowledge of header bidding, waterfall setups, and bidding strategies

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and performance metrics

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and innovation
