Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, D.E. Lavoro Agency is recruiting a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join a growing international marketing agency in Limassol. This sales role focuses on communicating with prospective candidates and clients, conducting face-to-face and online sales meetings, and identifying and onboarding influencers and content creators into the company’s network.

The position offers hands-on responsibility for the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and relationship building through to closing. It is particularly relevant to candidates with previous sales experience in Forex or face-to-face sales who want to apply their communication and persuasion skills within an international marketing and creative environment. As part of the role, the Sales Representative will develop professional relationships with candidates, clients, influencers and content creators while working towards monthly sales objectives. The successful candidate will join a modern Limassol workplace, work directly with global brands and receive a salary of up to €2,000 gross plus 3% commission on sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and lead face-to-face and online meetings with prospective leads.

• Identify, engage and successfully onboard influencers and content creators.

• Take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first point of contact through to closing.

• Work towards and achieve monthly sales objectives.

• Develop professional and reliable relationships with both candidates and clients.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within Forex or a face-to-face sales environment.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident and professional approach.

• Comfortable working from the office and attending in-person meetings when required.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Russian is not required but would be considered a strong advantage.

• Previous exposure to influencers, content creation, UGC or the wider creative industry would be an advantage.
