Product Manager

Position: Product Manager (web)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus 

Type: Hybrid

On behalf of our client in the sports betting industry we are hiring a Product Officer for their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive the launch and growth of new products while continuously tracking their performance metrics. 

• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and operational challenges. 

• Analyze business requirements, assess risks and constraints and prioritize product stories accordingly. 

• Lead quarterly planning sessions to ensure team objectives align with overall company strategy. 

• Create, present and secure approval for detailed product roadmaps. 

• Oversee the product backlog, setting clear priorities and delivery goals. 

• Collaborate closely with development teams to evaluate and refine implementation approaches. 

Requirements: 

• Experienced in end-to-end web product development. 

• Demonstrated success applying Growth Loops and AAARRR funnel frameworks. 

• Practical expertise using the Scrum methodology. 

• Skilled in applying prioritization models such as WSJF, RICE, and similar frameworks. 

• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and best design practices. 

• Proficient in calculating unit economics and core metrics like CAC, CR, and engagement rate. 

• Knowledgeable in web analytics tools, A/B testing strategies, and automation workflows. 

• Excellent negotiator with the ability to balance and align diverse stakeholder interests.
