Personal Assistant

On behalf of our client, an international legal and tax advisory service provider, we are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team, based in Limassol.


  • Be the first point of contact, responding to emails and answering calls

  • Managing and organizing calendar meetings and appointments

  • Organizing the manager’s commitments including traveling

  • Organizing conferences and events

  • Reminding people of crucial jobs and due dates

  • Typing, gathering information and creating presentations

  • Taking care of file and database systems

  • Putting procedures in place and sustaining them

  • Additional administrative duties


  • Driving license and willingness to travel

  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken). Other languages (Polish and Russian) will be considered an advantage

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, Flexibility and adaptability

  • Possibility of being proactive and making decisions

  • Prior experience and a college degree are viewed as advantages

  • Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills


  • Good remuneration package according to experience

  • Full time (from 09.00 – 18.00 with an hour lunch break)

  • Development opportunities with an ongoing training
