Office administrator

On behalf of our client, an advisory and fiduciary firm based in Cyprus, we are currently looking to hire Office Administrator to join a dynamic team in Limassol offices.


  • Assisting and organizing management with their daily task

  • Routing incoming and outgoing telephone requests

  • Routing inward and outward correspondence (couriers, post, emails, faxes etc)

  • Liaising and supporting legal, compliance and banking department within the company

  • Liaising with government authorities where necessary

  • Updating filing system (electronic and actual files)

  • Updating the software systems

  • Organizing and coordinating management’s business trips abroad


  • Secretarial diploma or any related degree

  • Good communicational skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • Driving license

  • Any related experience will be considered as an advantage


  • Good remuneration package according to qualifications

  • Friendly environment

  • 13th salary
