We are helping our client who is in the financial industry (Forex broker), to find and recruit a Media Marketer to join their expanding team at their offices in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement strategies for affiliate marketing to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
· Find and bring in potential affiliate partners through research, networking, and outreach.
· Negotiate and oversee commission structures and agreements with affiliates.
· Analyze affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness using KPIs and tracking tools.
· Support affiliates, offer guidance, and provide resources for success in line with brand guidelines.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
· Work with the marketing team to develop compelling affiliate campaigns and promotional materials.
· Regularly review affiliate partner performance and optimize strategies for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.
· Track and report on affiliate marketing campaign results, including revenue, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements:
· A Business or related degree is advantageous.
· Proven experience in Media Marketing or a similar role is required.
· Thorough understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
· Knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Effective negotiation and relationship management abilities.
· Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data for data-driven decisions.
· Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of both independent and collaborative work.
· Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
