HR and administration officer

On behalf of our client, an EMI and specifically a global online money transfer Fintech company, we are looking to hire an HR and administration officer, for Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:


·         Prepare the Job Descriptions for new vacancies.

·         Publish any new vacancies and collect CVs of potential candidates.

·         Filter CVs and provide them to the departmental manager for review.

·         Arrange and participate in interviews.

·         Onboarding process of new hires. (Present an introductory presentation etc.)

·         Register and keep records of holidays and any other employee records like training and seminars, yearly appraisals etc.

·         Arrange and coordinate corporate events.

·         Assist in the administration tasks of the office.

·         Prepare board resolutions when necessary.

 

Requirements:


·         BSc in a related field.

·         At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

·         English at a high level (read, speech and written).

·         Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

·         Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

·         Pleasant personality.

·         Any comfortable communication in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
