On behalf of our client, a service provider, and Consulting Firm, we are currently looking to hire a Corporate Administrator to join a dynamic team in the Limassol offices.
Handling, company and trust formation in different jurisdictions, including preparation of the relevant Deeds and Declarations
Provision of company secretary and company director duties in compliance with local and international statutory obligations
Organizing evaluation and execution of client agreements and documentation;
Record-keeping and administration responsibilities (meeting minutes, upkeep and updating of corporate records, preparation and filing of annual returns under H.E. 32).
Creating letters for clients, such as confirmation letters and signature card
Making sure that all tasks are completed and invoices are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
University Degree in Accounting/Legal/Economics/Business Management or any other related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Service Provider will be considered as an advantage
Superb Greek and English language skills (knowledge of Russian Language will be considered an advantage)
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Attention to detail
Professional personal presentation with a customer service mindset and enthusiastic team player
A highly organized person who is prepared to handle multiple tasks and work in a demanding workplace.
