On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Investment firm), we are looking to hire Compliance Officer, for Limassol offices.
Responsibilities:
· Develop process documentation and comprehensive materials to support training initiatives in compliance matters as needed in training support
· Oversee various areas of perform monitoring and compliance activities in compliance monitoring
· Assist in addressing and fulfilling any regulatory requirements related to the Company for the Regulatory Assistance
· Provide valuable feedback data in relation to the monitoring activities to the Head of Department for Feedback Reporting
· Ensure the quality of meeting established standards, compliance activities and adhering to relevant deadlines in Quality Assurance Performance
Requirements:
BSc in Law, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or a similar position in the financial services industry.
Fluency in English language both verbal and written.
Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meet deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance.
Strong logical and critical thinking.
Analysis and research skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
ACAMS, CySEC Advanced or CySEC AML certificates will be considered as an advantage.
