Born and raised in Cyprus, Stavriana graduated from the University of Cyprus with a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management.

After graduating she tried different fields, as she wanted to explore different opportunities and gain experience which led her where she is finally today. Starting her career path in the Human Resources and Recruitment field, she was attracted by the dynamic and challenging environment and the fact that you learn new things each day and communicate with people all over the world. Most importantly, being able to help people get closer or even achieve their dreams, offering them guidance and advising them, became something she loves.

As a personality, Stavriana is an enthusiastic, creative, energetic, dynamic, and reliable person who can easily adapt to any environment and be a good team player and team leader. She is always trying to give her best to whatever she is doing.

Her career path brought her to Lavoro agency where has added her blend of new ideas and personality, and starting as a Human Resources and Recruitment Officer, today is our Head of Human Resources and Recruitment.
