Born and raised in Limassol, Cyprus, Kyriakos graduated with an MSc in Human Resources Management and CIPD Level 7 status from Leeds Beckett University. Following his studies, he began his career in an HR Administration role, later moving into Sales before finding his true direction in the field of Recruitment.

 

Entering the Human Resources and Recruitment sector opened the door to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, one that allowed him to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and learn something new every day. What inspired him most was the opportunity to support individuals in progressing their careers, guiding them through important decisions, and helping them move closer to their professional goals.

 

Kyriakos is known for his enthusiasm, dedication, and strong team spirit. Energized by challenges and committed to results, he consistently brings his best to everything he undertakes.

 

His journey eventually led him to D.E. Lavoro Agency LTD, where he introduced fresh ideas and a distinctive approach. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, he has grown within the company and now proudly serves as our Head of Recruitment.
