Danil Avdeev is a lawyer specializing in international corporate and tax law. His areas of practice include advising individuals and legal entities on the issues of structuring asset ownership, conducting trading, financial and other activities, establishing and supporting companies in various jurisdictions, developing international structures for succession planning, such as private foundations and trusts, advising on immigration issues including obtaining work and residential permits, citizenship.

Danil graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and has a bachelor’s and specialist degree in international private law. He is a member of the International Tax Association (IFA) and the American Chamber of Commerce in the Russian Federation, STEP.
