On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Investment Firm), we are looking to hire a Thai Business Development Manager, to join a dynamic and versatile team. The position is on-site in our client's Thailand office.
Responsibilities:
Creating partnerships in new or established markets.
Representing the company at industry events.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships.
Identifying new business opportunities, initiating business development activities, developing and managing key client relationships among others.
Raising brand awareness of the partnership program.
Using a professional network to generate new business.
Assisting with the onboarding of partners
Maintaining a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy.
Keeping up to date with the financial markets and industry trends.
Coordinating with marketing programs, creating and executing promotional partner campaigns.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position.
Native in Thai and fluency in English both written and verbal communication.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and implementation skills.
Effectively and accurately prioritize tasks and meet requirements for timeliness.
Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen.
Excellent people management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Innovative, dynamic, and target oriented.
Solid computer literacy.
