Senior Banking Relationship officer

On behalf of our client, an independent Consulting International Firm, we are currently looking to hire a Senior Banking Relationship Officer to join a dynamic team in Limassol and Nicosia offices.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Preparing documents, application package for the opening of personal and corporate bank accounts in Cyprus and/ or foreign banks and EMIs

• Consistent communication with customers, banks, and/or agents

• Collaboration and building relationships with third parties i.e. banks, agents

• Updating the in-house online system on a daily basis

• Preparing documents for the issuance of debit/credit cards

• Ensure correct and timely billing and invoice delivery to clients for all tasks completed

• Filing of documents to companies’ files and preparation of the files for the interested parties

• Development of client profiles and introduction to the bank

• Ongoing account compliance and maintenance, including conducting and responding to Q&A sessions between banks and clients about account operations.

• Evaluation and comprehension of the client's business activity in connection to the transactions

Requirements

• BSc Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Mathematics or any other related field

• 4 years of relevant working experience

• Excellent command of Greek and English language

• A keen eye for detail

• Computer literate

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Professional personal presentation with a customer service focus and a desire to work as part of a team.

• A highly organized individual capable of meeting tight deadlines, multitasking, and working in a demanding workplace.
