Restaurant Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy

  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures

  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards

  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

  • Organizing schedules

  • Keeping track of employees’ hours

  • Recording payroll data

  • Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations

  • Solving any problems between staff or customers

  • Synchronize social media platforms

  • Organize events and taking care of the decoration

  • Attract clients or companies by promoting corporate rates


· Previous Experience is a must

· Greek / English language is a must

· European residence

Prior work as a manager or supervisor



· Working hours 18:00 – 01:00 exclude Mondays

· Salary According to experience

· A monthly revenue is offering
