Relocation & migration Services Administrator

On behalf of our client, an independent Consulting International Firm, we are currently looking to hire a Relocation and Migration services administrator to join a dynamic team in Nicosia offices.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Preparation and processing of residency applications for European and third country nationals.

  • Record keeping and administration duties (save all documents in server and adequate filling as per company’s procedures). Preparing letters including confirmation letters and signature cards for clients.

  • Arranging for the translation and authentication of documents, including:

  • Notary (Certifying Officer) Authentications

  • Ensuring that all work completed are accurately and promptly invoiced and sent to client companies.

  • Administrative and office management responsibilities:

  • Organizing and filing papers in compliance with corporate policies; classifying and assigning incoming paper and electronic correspondence;

  • Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing schedules, and composing memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations


Qualifications/Skills:


  • University Degree

  • Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages (oral and written)

  • Excellent project management skills and analytical thinking

  • Attention to detail

  • Computer literate (Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills

  • Previous working experience will be considered an advantage
