Relocation & migration Services Administrator
On behalf of our client, an independent Consulting International Firm, we are currently looking to hire a Relocation and Migration services administrator to join a dynamic team in Nicosia offices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing of residency applications for European and third country nationals.
Record keeping and administration duties (save all documents in server and adequate filling as per company’s procedures). Preparing letters including confirmation letters and signature cards for clients.
Arranging for the translation and authentication of documents, including:
Notary (Certifying Officer) Authentications
Ensuring that all work completed are accurately and promptly invoiced and sent to client companies.
Administrative and office management responsibilities:
Organizing and filing papers in compliance with corporate policies; classifying and assigning incoming paper and electronic correspondence;
Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing schedules, and composing memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications/Skills:
University Degree
Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages (oral and written)
Excellent project management skills and analytical thinking
Attention to detail
Computer literate (Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office)
Excellent organizational & communication skills
Previous working experience will be considered an advantage
