Recruiter

On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known broker, we are looking to hire Junior recruiter to join a dynamic team in Limassol officers. The position is an important asset and the person will be responsible to ensuring a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to accomplish the mission and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting (Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions)

• Will be in contact with the recruitment agencies

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as recruiter will be consider as an advantage

• People oriented and results driven

• Leadership skills

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Good communication skills and relationship building skills

• Multitasking skills

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 18:00 pm
