Reconciliation Officer/Specialist

On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known Forex broker, we are looking to hire Reconciliation officer for Limassol offices.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Data in the accounting system (reconcile banks/PSPs balances with account statements and client funds with platform balances) daily -methods or any other reconciliation systems

• Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company

• Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings

• Perform research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies

• Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client funds and balances

• Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings

• Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position

• Familiar with Reconciliation Softwares - such as Methodos or other

• Outstanding ability to identify errors

• Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Fluency in English language

• Team player and Trustworthiness

• Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
