Real Estate Sales Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire professional real estate sales consultants for a Real Estate Agency specializing in property sales and rentals based in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to expand the professional portfolio of the company.
Assessing client’s property needs.
Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability.
Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties according to their needs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Assisting clients with the purchasing, selling, or renting process.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate sales or related fields (1 year minimum)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written).
Any related degree will be considered as an advantage.
