Payments Administrator

On behalf of our client, an international fast-growing global provider of corporate and financial services, we are seeking to hire a Payments administrator to join a dynamic team, based in Limassol.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of cash flow reports daily

  • Planning for payments and updating the relevant payments plan

  • Review of invoices and agreements in conjunction with the payments for reasonability purposes

  • Communication with suppliers /Banks

  • Execution of payments

  • Tracking of communication/requests from financial institutions

  • Other tasks as may be requested


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Good knowledge of English language

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills
