Marketing project Manager

On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Investment firm), we are looking to hire a Marketing project Manager, for Limassol offices.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

· Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative services, content creators, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

· Define project scope, goals, and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

· Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

· Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, providing valuable input for project planning and decision-making.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs, review marketing materials, and provide guidance on brand consistency and messaging.

· Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Evaluate project outcomes, measure performance against key metrics, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Stay updated with industry developments, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and project execution.

Job Requirements:

· BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Management.

· At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or trading industry.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.

· Proficient in project management tools and software (Jira / to track progress, manage resources, and analyze data.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to project deliverables.

· Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive them to successful completion.
