Marketing administrator

On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Investment firm), we are looking to hire a Marketing Administrator for Limassol offices.

The main responsibility is to organize and execute all content updates in various web assets like CMS, BMS, etc. The Marketing Administrator will report to the Marketing Project Manager.




·         Administration and updating of websites; daily updates of websites based on data and information provided by various departments of the Company.

·         Email marketing administration; setting up emails to various target audiences through the Company email software.

·         Ensuring that all updates are in place and presented correctly through websites/other platforms.

·         Acting proactively based on the Marketing Project Manager’s guidelines for necessary updates on various channels.

·         Undertaking notifications to clients and necessary Configurations.

·         Liaising with translators when necessary.



·         University Degree in Marketing or Information Technology or related field.

·         Experience with CMS/CRM Systems.

·         Experience with Email Platforms.

·         Good use of Microsoft Office.

·         Fluency in English language. Any other language will be considered a strong plus.

·         Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and desire to provide outstanding results.

·         Passion for accuracy and detail, including written and oral communications.

·         Willingness to learn, operate, and adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

·         Capability to work with strict deadlines and multi-tasking.

·         IT background will be considered as an advantage.
