Junior DevOps Engineer

On behalf of our client in the financial services industry (Investment firm), we are looking to hire a Junior DevOps Engineer, for Limassol offices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploys, automates, maintains, and manages production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

• Builds, releases, and manages production systems.

• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platforms and application domains.

• Designs and implements the automation processes in relation to configuration change.

• Develops and enables continuous integration/continuous deployment for automation system components.

• Builds tools that streamline development and deployment.

• Develops monitoring and alerting, both technically and culturally.

• Builds and maintains highly available distributed applications.

• Works with diverse stacks, including both state-full and stateless services.

Job Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or in any other related field

• Basic knowledge of Linux O/S is mandatory

• Excellent command of the English language

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a relevant position will be considered as an advantage

• Any certificate in a related field position will be considered as an advantage
