IT Support Center Operator

On behalf of our client, a security services company, we are looking for an IT Support Center Operator to be in charge of the call center, in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors, locate, investigate and confirm alarms received in the monitoring system

• Monitor the correct flow of information in the system and inform the persons needed

• Maintains electronic records

• Manage the call center

• Immediate and efficient response to all issues occurred

• Any other related duties may assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively through phone mainly

• Good IT literate

• Good knowledge of Greek and English (both verbal and written)

• Confidentiality and Reliability

• Good communication skills

• Teamwork

• Clean criminal record
