HR&Senior recruiter

On behalf of our client an EU regulated Investment Firm, we are seeking to hire HR&Senior recruiter to join their team, in Limassol offices. Responsibilities: • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity • Providing recruitment reports to the CEO and team managers • Completing paperwork for new hirings • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information • Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company Requirements: - BSc in Human Resources or any related field - At least 3 Years’ Experience with recruitment processes etc. - At least 3 years of experience in the FOREX market - Be fluent in both written and spoken English (any other language will be considered as an advantage) - A working knowledge of employment law and legislation - The ability to conduct different types of interviews - The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies - Good interpersonal skills, good decision-making skills - Flexibility to maintain focus through change and thrive in difficult situations Attractive remuneration package provided according to experience.
