Financial Operations Analyst

Our client, a company based in Limassol is seeking to recruit a Financial Operations Analyst who will analyze the Financial Performance by collecting, monitoring, studying data and recommending actions.
Responsibilities:
· Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data;
· Identifies financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
· Improves financial performance by analyzing results, monitoring variances;
· identifying trends
· recommending actions to management;
· Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data;
· Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data;
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
· Preparing marketing reports (training will be provided);
· Performing daily requested payments and updating files;
· Updating relevant parties for payment executes;
· Remain abreast on industry changes;
· Assisting in submitting application for bank accounts;
· Other role related tasks as determined by management. Skills and Qualifications:
· University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
· Russian language is a must
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in FX industry

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary according to qualifications. 21 working days paid vacation leave plus 3 days fully paid sick leave. Bonus depending on experience
